They have 25 homes, 1000 residents and 1500 staff and have built their company around the individual needs of their residents, with personalised care plans and a culture that encourages maximum input from residents, relatives and their families.
Balhousie’s driving philosophy is personalisation of care. From care plans to activities to menus, their culture supports and appreciates the individual needs of every single resident.
When we met the team at Balhousie, they needed a bespoke plan and wanted to work with an independent marketing team to support them.
They had a brand new home, in a very rural location, so we knew that if we could make this home work then we would be able to copy the same structure across more of their homes.
