Key 2 Care are an established home care provider with a reputation for high standards and bespoke care packages that meet the needs of their customers.
They are the biggest provider of council funded care in Derby and their founders and directors were carers themselves.
Their mission is to provide high quality support to anyone in their own home with a focus on ensuring that their customers can maintain independence, choice and control whilst remaining in their own home.
Their customers come from every background, from the older person, to the young adult, adults with a learning disability, people with physical needs to those who may have dementia, health needs and those approaching their final life journey.
They work with their customers to build support with dignity, well-being, choice and control at the very heart of what they do.
Carers are trained in house by their dedicated training team who are always on hand to support carers and customers when needed and to provide bespoke training if required.
The Challenge
Key 2 Care came to us because they wanted to start targeting private paying clients.
Initially they were doing no marketing at all but wanted to build up their private paying hours, which they hoped would eventually account for about 30% of their hours.
Key 2 Care started off without live chat for a few months and after the success of that campaign they then decide to add Live Chat to their website, which meant that within 3 months they started receiving 3 times the number of leads.
They were also keen on running recruitment campaigns with us so they started off with Facebook Recruitment campaigns in Derby and after seeing success there, we are now running 2 other recruitment campaigns for them in other locations.
